FAQs

How quickly will I receive my item?

We give you a number of delivery options to use at the check out. They are all first class and normally delivered the next working day if ordered before 2pm.

If I place an order over the weekend, when will I receive my item?

The website is manned between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. If an order was received on a weekend we would send it out on the Monday (unless a Bank Holiday) via the delivery option you choose at the check out. Orders are normally received the next working day.

Can I sign up to your trade prices?

If you are a business and would like to discuss prices, large quantities etc, please contact us to discuss. You can also set up an online account via our website.

Is Quantek – C Prox Ltd anything to do with Quantekshop, Rollatek or Quantek Systems?

C Prox Ltd took Quantek Systems over in October 2013. We have no affiliation with Quantekshop or Rollatek.

Will I be able to program a transmitter myself?

All of our remotes can be programmed quickly and easily. Each remote comes with a manual but if you need further help we have a technical team that will be able to help you over the phone.

Do all products come with a user manual?

Yes they do but we also have a large number of product manuals and diagrams on our website to help you install the items quickly and efficiently. Under each item you can download the user manual, or click here where you can view our full range of manuals.

What is the cancellations/returns policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or wish to cancel the order, we are happy to help.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply if no fault found or customer has changed their mind. If a return is approved, we will then refund to the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

I want to replace my garage door transmitter but do not know what it is called?

Not a problem! We stock a large number of transmitters that are hugely popular. If you give us a call we can discuss the item over the phone and let you know what we can offer you. We also stock transmitters that can be cloned to suit your needs.

Do I have to have a business account to buy from you?

Not at all. Our website has been designed to help anyone and everyone.

Do you have a technical helpline?

We have a dedicated technical department (01246 417113 option 2) who can support on all our products before and after your order.

How can I pay?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, BACS and cheques. You can place your order online or over the phone, but please be aware that we will not send any order until payment has been cleared or a trade account has been set up.
