History
Quantek Systems started life in 1987 designing and manufacturing specialist security products, in 1993 out of necessity we produced our first remote control for roller shutters and have since gone on to produce over 25,000 units, it is still one of our best selling products today.
In 1995 we started expanding our product range with the addition of motor group controllers, variations of the roller shutter remote control including one with an integral courtesy light and universal remote control transmitters and receivers.
In 1999 with a need to rapidly expand our product range we became distributors for one of the Europes leading manufacturers of access control systems, remote control systems, and door control panels.
Products
Our product range includes automated door and gate control panels and associated control products such as photoelectric safety beams, safety edges, keyswitches and remote control transmitters and receivers.
General purpose 433 and 868 MHz transmitters and receivers for adding a remote control facility to existing automated gates, garage doors etc.
Advanced radio 868 MHz transmitters and receivers for adding a remote access control facility to automated community and commercial gates, garage doors etc, with up to 500 users and the ability to manage and control users access.
Innovative access control systems for up to 2000 users with read/write 13.56 MHz proximity and built in 868 MHz radio receivers allowing for long and short range access control.
